13 out of over 400 participants schools nationwide 2010 nominated Berlin, Heidelberg, Cologne 05th March 2010 for the final of the German Prevention Award. The best thirteen schools from all over Germany were nominated by the jury for the final on June 15, 2010 in Berlin. The German prevention prize was advertised by the Federal Ministry for health, the Manfred Lautenschlager Stiftung and the Federal Centre for health education. The prize money amounting to a total of 100,000 provided by the carriers is intended for the continuation and further development of the award-winning measures.
